After confirmation, you will get your refund within 24h. Feel free to ask anything, we are available on our Facebook page (11am morning to 3am night)

Refund time boundaries :
  1. For game codes, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. For in-game top-up, customers must notify us before the order is processed.
  3. Customers must notify us within 5 hours of delivery for in-game currency codes.
  4. For subscription, customers must notify us within 24 hours.

NOTE : However, after the order is completed refund will not be possible in any case.

Refund fees :

30% of the total order amount will be deducted.

NOTE: There will be no refund fees if the fault is at our end.
